The Amber Figures: Meeting My Energy Body
By Eugene Raphael · Lab · Lucid Dreaming & OBE / Energy Body · Liminal Light Lab
This is my own recreation of the dream. Images generated with Grok.
In short: This was a short lucid dream. I slipped into it straight from hypnagogia, and once I was in the dream, I found myself looking at myself: my own energy body.
What happened
I was at the edge of sleep, in hypnagogia, and crossed over into a dream without losing awareness. The dream was short. In it, I was staring at myself, at my own energy body.
Why it's in the Lab
This one isn't a hypnagogic experience; it's a lucid dream that began in hypnagogia. It belongs with the OBE & the Energy Body material.
