Energetic Perceptions: The Midline Cord and the Fliers

State: the in-between, neither awake nor fully asleep, with inner silence prevalent. Outcome: two energetic perceptions, about five minutes each.

During dreaming attempts I sometimes land in a state where I'm neither awake nor fully asleep. I'm lying in bed, fully aware of my surroundings, yet perceiving anomalies or sensations of an energetic nature. Because of these altered perceptions, I count these as successful attempts to move and fixate the assemblage point.

The cord down the middle

Just this morning I found myself in this situation. I got an energetic rush, a jolt of energy I felt in my head and eyes. Examining it, I realized it was taking place outside my body.

I grabbed hold of this jolt and began moving it from the right side of my body to the left, then back again. Every time it passed through the exact middle line dividing my body vertically, I felt it cross a boundary. I saw the barrier: a tight cord of yellowish-white fiber.

It was as if I was moving an aspect of my energy body through a natural barrier that runs down the center of my luminosity. Each time this ball of energy crossed it, a tremendous jolt blasted through my head and down the center of my body.

I forgot all about entering dreaming and played with this for about five minutes. I knew that crossing this barrier repeatedly was important, and that it needed to be thinned out through use so it would become easier to cross.

The fliers

On another recent occasion, it started as an energetic blast that struck me mostly between the eyes and moved down a bit, a whitish-yellow glow. It originated outside the body, then infiltrated it and seemed to disperse through my nervous system, sending shockwaves through me.

I realized I was lying in bed aware of my surroundings. The blasts came intermittently, every five seconds or so. I focused my intent outward, on the world around me.

When I did, I felt, more than saw, a massive presence in the air, descending in the distance. When it hit the ground, a shockwave shook the entire room and everything around me. This kept happening. There were one or more of these massive things around me, and I could trace the vibrations of their impact back to where they landed.

This also lasted about five minutes. At the very end I realized, with a sudden start, that I was surrounded by fliers, feeling their massive, heavy impacts on the earth every time they descended. I knew this more than thought it. The abrupt realization woke me up and ended the perception.

Yellow fibers at Carmel

On a trip to Carmel where every plan seemed blocked, I stepped outside after dinner at dusk. I had been trying so hard for a particular view that I had barely bothered to notice the view around me.

An overwhelming sensation came over me, like I was feeling with my whole body. The air was heavy with dense fibers that at first I thought I was imagining. I could "feel" them with my eyes, like yellow strands that were somehow moving and stationary at the same time. I could see them from all sides of my eyes, even the back of them. I know that makes no sense, but that's what it was like. They definitely exerted some kind of pressure I could feel with my whole body.

I didn't go down to the beach. I knew that whatever it was, I wasn't quite ready for it. I also knew it would be coming for me soon, regardless. Intent is in the air.

Takeaways

The in-between counts. Even without entering a dream, these perceptions felt like real movements of the assemblage point.

Play with what shows up. I abandoned my plan to enter dreaming, and the cord turned out to be the lesson.
